Returns

We want to ensure you have the best experience with our products. Please review our guidelines for returns and exchanges below:

• 30-Day Window: All returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Exchanges: We gladly replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email sales@fstubbs.com to arrange an exchange.
• Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, all 2nd Stage Compression Girdles are final sale and non-returnable.

The Return Process:

• Email us at sales@fstubbs.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Ship your return to our Oxnard facility: 1830 Eastman Avenue, Oxnard, CA 93030.
• Ensure the RA number is clearly visible on the box.

Refund Information: Refunds are processed to your original payment method following inspection and approval. While we process returns promptly, please allow a standard 5–10 business day window for your bank to post the credit.
